MPC1000 wooooo

So today I traded my soul for another. I traded in my Mv8800 and my fantom x6 for an mpc1000. omg its so cool. def worth the trade, as of right now. im enjoying playing with this thing, i just opened it like 2 hours ago and man this thing is just like fl studio if you know how to use it. im still working out the kinks. i just tried to chop a sample and it sayed that i couldn't because my mpc1000 "doesn't have enough memory." So i googled that and it came up i needed PC133 144PIN CL3 SODIMM 256MB ram.. for some of you who don't understand that, it means i need more ram aka memory for it. so im off tomrrow to do that after class :). man i went to akai website and they were charging over $100 dollars. rip of city. im gunna go to a normal store and get it for less then $40.
